Are you a Licensed Nail Technician looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with daytime hours, no evenings, and no weekends

Resident Salon Services is looking for a compassionate and dependable Nail Technician to provide professional nail services to seniors in the Canton, MA area.

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible employees
• 50% commission-based compensation
• No nights or weekends
• Part-time, daytime schedule

• Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and hand and foot treatments
• Deliver personalized nail services tailored to mature clientele
• Create a clean, safe, relaxing, and welcoming environment
• Build meaningful relationships with residents
• Use appropriate techniques and products for mature skin and nails
• Follow all company, state licensing, sanitation, hygiene, and safety requirements

• Current Massachusetts Nail Technician License
• Experience providing professional manicures and pedicures
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience working with seniors or in senior living is a plus, but not required

Eligible employees may receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000
, paid in installments:

• $250 after successful completion of 90 days
  , including completion of required CARES certification, if applicable, adherence to RSS paperwork protocols, and effective use of RSS systems
• $250 after 6 months of employment
  , provided the employee remains in good standing and follows RSS policies and protocols
• $500 after 1 year of employment
  , provided the employee remains in good standing and continues to meet RSS performance expectations, policies, and protocols

RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments if the employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated before completing one year of employment.
