A full-time split Occupational Therapist, (OT /OTR), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab departments located in Canton & Norwood, MA.

Qualifications

A successful Rehab Director will:

• Ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data
• Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision
• Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
• Provide speech therapy services as needed.
• Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
• Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
