CNA/HHA - $20 to $23/Hour - Flexible Shifts
SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for caregiving opportunities in Canton, MA
. We’re looking for dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, meaningful work, and reliable weekly pay.
$20 to $23 per hour

Urgent hiring need
Provide compassionate in-home care while helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Depending on the assignment, you may assist with:
Personal care and activities of daily living
Mobility, transfers, and positioning
Companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
Light housekeeping
Daily routines and other non-medical support
Following the client’s care plan and reporting concerns
Active CNA or HHA certification
Previous caregiving experience preferred
Dependable, patient, and compassionate
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
