Blue Hill Country Club is seeking a Director of Catering Sales to lead the catering department, drive revenue, and manage events from weddings to corporate functions. The role includes budgeting, forecasting, soliciting new business, and maintaining current clients while promoting banquet and catering offerings for the club.
The Director will develop relationships with Members, individuals and corporations, promote the club locally, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on custom menus.
