Senior Data Analyst, Financial Analytics

Salary Range: $110,000-$125,000 plus bonus and benefits

Reporting Mode:
Hybrid - 1 days onsite / 4 days remote per week (with flexibility to be onsite up to 3 days/week)

This is a high-impact, highly visible role designed to strengthen our data-driven operating model and create shared ROI across stakeholders.

The Senior Data Analyst will use data to shape business strategy, inform critical decisions, and deliver actionable insights to executives and senior leaders. This role plays a central part in aligning analytics, reporting, and dashboards with organizational priorities, long-term growth objectives, and operational performance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience leading high-impact, strategic analytical projects, working with large and complex datasets, and communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Advanced proficiency in Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential.

• Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and reports using Tableau, Tableau Prep, and Excel
• Develop reporting frameworks that support executive decision-making and long-term strategic objectives

• 3-8 years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, Strategic Analytics, Management Consulting, Healthcare Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Data Analytics
• Experience working with large, complex datasets in fast-paced environments
• Advanced Tableau skills are required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (STEM focus a plus)
