Opportunity Overview
Digital Execution Strategist based in Juno Beach, FL. This is a 9‑month contract assignment (W‑2). You will have expertise in Hub Spot and will join the Enterprise Marketing team. Your role involves improving multiple website projects, delivering exceptional user experiences, and streamlining content management strategies within Hub Spot.
You will manage digital projects on the customer‑facing digital experience roadmap, providing project‑management support to develop plans and deliver goals. Responsibilities include transactional web tools, UI best practices, navigation, and architecture best practices.
Your Day‑to‑Day- Lead the project intake process, collating and understanding requirements from team members to ensure clear goals and deliverables.
- Develop digital strategies using Hub Spot and its AI feature, Breeze, to enhance user engagement and business growth.
- Develop and articulate design strategies that align with team goals and user needs.
- Translate complex strategies into website design projects, ensuring user experience and engagement.
- Use best marketing practices to design and refine website interfaces, enhancing usability, accessibility, and visual appeal.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and existing solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, content creators, and developers to implement cohesive and impactful design solutions.
- Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of Hub Spot for over 200 microsites, ensuring best practices in content management, personalization, and performance optimization.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock‑ups to communicate design concepts.
- Design, manage, and increase web content and assets using Hub Spot.
- Ensure ADA compliance and overall site health by managing and analyzing data using Site Improve, making recommendations for necessary improvements.
- Participate in daily status calls, sprint planning, user story development, testing, and support for project releases.
- Demonstrate discipline and organization in implementing assignments and managing projects while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, co‑workers, and vendors.
- Understand customer needs and pain points to develop better user experiences.
- Present wireframes and prototypes to management and partners.
- Conduct regular audits and performance analysis of digital campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in UX design and digital marketing.
- High School Graduate or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital strategy with a focus on Hub Spot.
- Experience managing digital projects using Hub Spot.
- In‑depth knowledge of content management systems (CMS), web analytics, SEO, and digital marketing best practices.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Hub Spot certification is preferred but not required.
Base salary range: $33.00/hr to $38.00/hr, based on experience, qualifications, and skills.
