Analyst - Credit Card Tokenization

Job Summary

Our client, a leading Retail & Consumer Goods provider, is seeking an Analyst - Credit Card Tokenization to join their team! This position is located in Canton, MA. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Assist with technical team documentation, ensuring processes and work arounds are updated and new solutions properly documented, and the knowledge base updated Reviewing debug logs, datasets, and working with vendors to isolate root cause and address a fix as needed Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure stability across the estate and support timely resolution of escalations especially during integration pilot phases Respond promptly to others to ensure open and timely communication Communicate all issues, status updates, action items, and risks to the management team Support technical efforts with vendors and product teams to complete and enhance integration

• 2+ years working experience supporting payment hardware/software
• Experience working with payment terminals and tools, such as VHQ
• Experience in payment domain
• Experience or some kind of familiarity with leveraging/managing AI tools

Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $37.00 and $53.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
