As Installation Manager, you will collaborate with regional service and sales teams to coordinate and oversee all equipment installations. You will ensure timely and customer-satisfactory installations while supporting and mentoring field service technicians. A strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry in heavy machinery or automated equipment is essential. This leadership role requires a servant-leader approach, a commitment to team development, and will act as an assistant to the Regional Service Manager.

Job Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full installation lifecycle of customer food processing and packaging equipment from order through warranty completion with your Sales and Service teams.
- Create and manage installation cases in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for new equipment orders.
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of installation timelines, adjusting priorities as needed based on customer needs and resource availability.
- Serve as the project lead to resolve technical and application challenges during installation, leveraging knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control systems.
- Provide daily support to technicians and maintain open lines of communication during customer installations that can extend into evenings and weekends.
- Travel to customer locations to lead and support equipment installs by technicians.
- Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Act as a backup to the Regional Service Manager when needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and excellent customer service.
- Support and enforce adherence to internal SOPs.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the Service Department.
- Provide continuous feedback to the Technicians regarding performance.
- This position requires periodic travel to customer locations in a defined geographical area that can include occasional evening and weekend travel.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- 3–5 years of project management experience or PMP certification.
- Strong technical background in pneumatics, hydraulics, and motor control circuitry
. - A customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior field service experience, preferably involving travel and on-site customer work.
- Flexibility to travel and support installations during evenings or weekends as needed.
- Food industry experience is a plus.
