* APTIM seeks an experienced Senior Director to lead its Federal Fuels business line. This individual will be responsible for developing successful capture strategies and driving sales and operations in target markets. Additionally, the role includes overseeing the Strategic Business Unit's (SBU) operations and managing the business' P&L. The position will report to the Senior Vice President of the SBU.

APTIM is a major worldwide industrial fueling contractor providing complete turn-key petroleum, oils, and lubricants fuel system storage and distribution services for federal and commercial clients. The Federal Fuels Business Line offers project management, construction management, engineering support, reoccurring maintenance, minor repairs and other services to maintain critical operational assets around the world to meet critical mission requirements for the Department of Defense.
** Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:*
* + Position APTIM as a leading provider of maintenance, minor repair, SRM project execution as well as asset management for our government clients
+ Oversee execution of all federal fuels projects to ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget performance.
+ Enhance core client relationships to improve overall business share
+ Build and lead a high-performing team through recruiting, mentorship and development of talent
+ Serve as executive sponsor for specific Key Accounts and strategy pursuits
+ Develop and implement strategies for identifying adjacent market growth
+ Promote continuous safety improvement by modeling APTIM safety culture
+ Ensure reliable and consistent project execution
+ Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio of projects and clients and ensure compliance with APTIM Risk Management and Performance Measurement procedures and processes
+ Develops and maintains long-lasting and meaningful relationships with clients as well as industry teaming partners, collaborating to find solutions to challenging projects and organizational issues
+ Prioritize cross selling opportunities of other Aptim core competencies to maximize revenue growth for APTIM.
+ Contribute actively as a member of the SBU Leadership Team and collaborate with other executive peers to support the strategic objectives of the company
+ Monitors market conditions, innovations and trends, and competitors' performance, pricing and sales strategies to maximize competitive stance

* Basic Qualifications:
*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or similar
+ Must have at least 10 years of experience in fuel systems or federal infrastructure programs
+ Must have strong federal business development and capture experience, including work with all types of NAVFAC, USACE, and AFCEC contracts
+ Demonstrate a proven track record of leading people, operations and P&L management
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills expected
+ Travel as necessary to perform duties
+ Knowledge of DoD fuel infrastructure standards and regulatory requirements preferred.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000 per year. Compensation depends on several factors including: experience, education, key skills, geographic location of the position, client requirements, external market…
