Position: Polyvalent Manufacturing Technicians (BSL-2 / BSL-3 Environment)

Overview

We are recruiting Manufacturing Technicians for one of our clients, an international biotech company recognized as a leader in its field. Based at the Canton, MA production site, you will contribute to the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) in a highly regulated and secure cleanroom environment (BSL-2 / BSL-3).

Responsibilities
  • As a Manufacturing Technician, support the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients in a controlled and highly secured environment.
  • Operate production equipment, follow SOPs and batch records, and ensure strict compliance with GMP, safety, and contamination control procedures.
  • Contribute to the reliability and continuity of manufacturing activities through rigorous execution and accurate documentation.
  • Work within a small technical team, help maintain equipment, handle materials, and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the production unit.
Qualifications
  • Background in Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Familiar with GMP, SOP-driven production, and sterile or controlled environments.
  • Experience in clean rooms or BSL-2/BSL-3 settings is mandatory.
  • Rigor, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures in environments where quality and safety are critical.
