Full‑time

Shipping & Receiving clerks start a REISER career with a product training program at our office in Canton, MA and are welcomed into the shop. As a customer‑focused technical product expert, the clerks will complete 200 or more shipments per day by processing and loading orders. The position requires working 2nd shift hours (10:30 am – 7:00 pm) with weekend overtime; part‑time shifts are also available within the same time range.

• Picking customer orders in a stockroom of over 25,000 industrial food processing and packaging parts using RF Scanner and Prelude ERP
• Packing and shipping customer orders (domestic and international)
• Process and complete shipping for more than 200 packages daily
• Manage inventory and cycle count weekly
• Assemble weekly parts crate for Canada division
• Supply processing and packaging shops with parts for customer machines for assembly and modifications
• Streamline work order procedures to be more effective in keeping up with demand
• Assist other teams with tasks as needed
• Willingness to work some overtime
• Assist with some light IT issues

• One year of shipping and receiving or warehouse experience, preferably with RF scanners and ERP (Prelude is preferred)
• Domestic and international shipping experience
• Experience with sit‑down forklifts, pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts
• High School Diploma required
• Strong initiative, critical thinking, problem solving, judgment and decision making, persistence, attention to detail, adaptability, flexibility, concern for others, teamwork, and leadership
• Ability to stand on feet all day and lift up to 70 lbs regularly
