Machine Operator – Night Shift

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operator candidates for the Night Shift in the Canton, MA area. Are you mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and looking for a stable career in manufacturing? We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our production team and play a key role in manufacturing industry-leading products. In this role, you’ll operate extrusion and production equipment, ensure smooth production flow, and work closely with Maintenance and Quality teams to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Operate and monitor extrusion and production equipment.
• Perform equipment startup, shutdown, and routine operating activities.
• Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support continuous production flow while maintaining quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams.
• Identify and report safety hazards or equipment concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work overtime and cover alternate shifts as business needs require.
• Previous manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with plastics, vinyl coating, lamination, printing, or extrusion processes is a plus.
• Experience operating touch‑screen controlled production equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Hours:

6 PM – 6 AM Thursday – Saturday and every other Wednesday.
