Sika is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for its Roofing team in Canton, MA. This overnight role runs Mon–Thu, 6pm–6am, and focuses on PLC-controlled extrusion coating lines and related setup, operation, and cleanup tasks.
Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, be able to read/write English, and demonstrate good communication. Prior plastics experience is desirable; lifting up to 50 lbs and overtime may be required.
