. The kitchen offers a scratch‑kitchen experience: meat and fish are butchered in house and breads and pastries baked on site. Senior cooks can learn to cook on an open wood‑fired hearth or a custom made French Athanor suite. Northern Spy “serves exceptional New England food with soul”.

Position:
Full‑time (AM or PM shifts, full and part‑time options). Weekend availability highly encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work space.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a line cook or in a high‑volume kitchen desired.
• Strong work ethic, high character, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
