Gas Station Floating Manager

Overview

Prestige is seeking a dependable and experienced Gas Station Floating Manager to support our District Manager and oversee daily operations across multiple gas station locations. This role is ideal for a flexible, hands-on leader who can step in where needed, ensure smooth store operations, and maintain high standards of customer service, compliance, and team performance.

The Floating Manager will assist with operational tasks and provide coverage at any location when management support is required.

• Assist the District Manager with day-to-day operational duties across multiple gas station locations
• Provide on-site management coverage during absences, call-outs, vacations, or staffing shortages
• Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies
• Open and/or close stores as needed
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Support hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of store employees
• Monitor store cleanliness, inventory levels, cash handling, and loss prevention
• Address operational issues and escalate concerns to the District Manager when necessary
• Travel between locations as business needs require

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gas station, convenience store, or retail management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
• Basic computer skills and comfort with Office 360
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• $30.00 per hour (tentative, based on experience)
• Mileage reimbursement for travel between locations, in accordance with company policy
