** The Inside Sales Representative (Customer Experience Executive) is responsible for generating revenue growth within a targeted area of the country. The successful candidate will help grow the customer (adjuster) base within their area, and ensure that our retention remains high. The candidate will know how to engage directly with our outside customers, as well as Enservio’s internal teams. Previous experience in property insurance is a plus but not a requirement as the higher priority is demonstrated success in reaching sales and revenue goals.
** What You’ll Do

** Responsibilities:
*** Act as the primary point of contact for adjusters within an assigned territory
* Build meaningful and trusted relationships with adjusters
* Provide exceptional customer service experience
* Win new assignments (claims) from adjusters
* Responsible for post-claim follow-up and adhering to Enservio’s Cadence process
* Manage the intake and delivery process
* Work collaboratively with the Account Team for account planning, program implementations and advancing the Account Team strategy
* Set proper expectations on process and service levels with customers and internal Operations Team
** What You’ll Bring
*** Proven track record of successfully attaining sales and revenue goals in a fast paced environment
* Empathetic personality and a strong customer orientation
* Ability to advocate for both the customer and the company
* Ability to respond to and resolve problems quickly
* Driven team player with strong work ethic
* Ability to prioritize and multitask
* Strong communication skills written and verbal; both externally and internally
* 5+ years of Sales and Service experience
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Knowledge of the insurance industry a plus
** Ability to work in the Canton, MA office daily preferred.*
