• Must be 18 years old or older
• High School degree minimum
• Construction background a plus
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 75 lbs., walk/work on uneven surfaces, work outside in various weather conditions and from heights.
• Must be willing to wear attire appropriate with safety regulations. Work boots necessary as per ANSI Z-41. Hard hat, safety vest and safety glasses are provided.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

• General computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel).
• Ability to keep detailed field notes and record data.
• Ability to learn how to read plans and specifications.
• Must be a team player and work well with others.
• Must have good organization skills, the ability to focus on details, and the ability to follow directions, both written and oral.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must have a desire to learn.
• Good communication (listening, speaking, writing) skills.
• Clean record with CORI and other background checks; must be able to pass random drug tests.
• Occasional weekend availability if necessary.
