Mental Health Assistant

Mental Health Assistant Position:
We currently seek part‑time Mental Health Assistants for entry‑level and supervisory positions. The Mental Health Assistants are responsible for a variety of duties related to implementing students’ treatment and educational programs. MHAs provide services/interventions that support skill development and mastery for students/clients within JRC’s school and residential components. They maintain a safe environment for students/clients to thrive academically, while providing consistent treatment that leads to reduction of problem behaviors.

• High school diploma or equivalence.
• At least 21 years old.
• Graduated with a high school diploma or GED.
• Two previous employments.
• Improved rates for BA or higher degrees.
• 1–3+ years of experience in human services or military.

• $20–$26 per hour for full‑time MHAs.
• $3,000 first‑year sign‑on bonus.
• Extra pay for verifiable experience in Human Services or Military Experience.
