Peoplesoft Developer; Hybrid

We are looking for a People Soft Developer to join our Corporate IT team in Canton, MA, Boston, MA, Farmington, CT, or Raleigh, NC. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in People Soft Financials (AP, GL, Expenses, PO, eProcurement, and Cash Management modules) and strong knowledge of related business processes. The developer will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and agile team members to analyze, design, develop, and support technical solutions across People Soft Finance modules using People Tools products and technology.

• Responsible for building or modifying People Soft FSCM/SCM modules.
• Develop and maintain customizations to People Soft Financial modules using People Tools (Application Engines, CI’s, People Code, Integration Brokers, BI Publisher).
• Maintain batch processing in People Soft Process Scheduler and integrate People Soft batch with BMC Control‑M scheduling systems.
• Collaborate with offshore Developers, providing guidance throughout the development lifecycle, reviewing technical designs, and conducting impact analysis.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity and reliability.
• Document technical designs, processes, and enhancements in accordance with IT standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of enterprise-level Java or C# coding and development experience.
• Strong core language skills in either Java or C#.
• Experience with unit testing.
• In-depth knowledge of People Soft Finance modules and associated business processes.

Typical base salary range: $81,000 - $115,000 (location and experience dependent). For candidates located in San Francisco, CA;
Washington DC;
Massachusetts; or New York City metro area, the range is $102,000 - $121,000. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible for bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.
