Job Description Administer anesthesia for general surgical procedures for both adult and pediatric patients
General Ortho Neuro Plastics Peds OB Vascular Thoracic Hands Podiatry Urology Endo IR Cath/EP/TEE MRI Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and anesthesia records
Ensure compliance with hospital policies procedural protocols and safety standards
36-40hrs/week 8s amp
12s or 10s. Monday-Friday On call available but not required for locums providers
Operate within a hospital-based setting designated as a Level III Trauma Center Patient Population:
Peds 10 Adult/Geriatric 90 Outpatient vs Inpatient: 80 outpatient / 20 inpatient
Average # of Patients Per Day: 35 cases OR plus 20 offsite cases
Required Duties Procedures Skills etc: variety of cases no open hearts A-lines no blocks/regional
Additional Notes: great culture team approach work environment
No additional travel reimbursement approved Perm Placement/Conversion : 18k Locum to Perm Reduction in Conversion hours = 2500 reduction
320-639 hours = 4500 reduction
640hours = 5500 reduction
Regardless of number of hours a CRNA has worked reduction will not exceed 5500 Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days Henry Ford does not reimburse for background checks Henry Ford does not reimburse for application or credentialing fees.
