Your Role as a Preschool Teacher

* Create a warm, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

* Implement our play-based L.E.A.P. Curriculum that makes learning fun

* Build strong, positive relationships with children and families

* Communicate daily with parents about learning milestones and classroom activities

* Collaborate with your teaching team to maintain high-quality standards and meet licensing requirements

Qualifications

* Passion for working with children and helping them grow

* 6 months to 1 year of professional childcare or preschool teaching experience

* Associate degree in ECE preferred, or

* High school diploma/GED required

* Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)

* CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available)
