School Psychologist | Canton, Michigan

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state certification or license as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working with students at the elementary and/or high school level
• Strong assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Familiarity with IEPs, RTI/MTSS, and special education law preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and assessments
• Interpret testing data and present findings to students, parents, and educational teams
• Develop evidence-based intervention strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Participate actively in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultation services
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral development through direct and indirect interventions
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive learning environments
