Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the administrator over special education to develop and coordinate daily service schedules, evaluation timelines, and annual IEP meetings
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, including eligibility determinations, annual reviews, and progress monitoring discussions
- Conducting speech and language evaluations and contributing to assessment planning as part of the special education process
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized speech-language goals aligned with each student's IEP
- Providing specially designed instruction to meet the unique communication needs of students through a variety of service models.
- Documenting service delivery, progress notes, and compliance-related paperwork in accordance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines
- Consulting with teachers and families to support carryover of communication strategies across classroom and home environments
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Must hold a master's degree in speech language pathology - CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Associate (ASHA).
- Experience working with at-risk student populations
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric environment
- Familiarity with IEP development, special education compliance, and collaborative service delivery models
