In-Store Lead Generator

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Lead Generator to engage shoppers in big-box retail locations and promote our residential HVAC services. In this role, you'll greet customers, start friendly conversations, identify comfort or system concerns, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort consultants. You'll represent our brand professionally, explain basic heating and cooling solutions, and record accurate contact information.

We provide training on our services, safety, and customer interaction. This position is ideal for outgoing, goal-driven individuals who enjoy talking to people and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to discuss home comfort and HVAC needs
• Promote company heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services
• Qualify potential customers through brief conversations
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort consultants
• Accurately collect and enter customer contact information
• Represent the company professionally in partner retail locations
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation goals
• Follow safety and store policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the sales team on feedback and improvements
• Attend training sessions to stay current on services and offers
