Retail Lead Specialist

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning seeks a Retail Lead Specialist to represent our residential HVAC services in retail and partner locations. In this role, you'll engage walk-in customers, educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, and generate qualified leads for our installation and service teams. You'll manage displays, track lead activity, and coordinate with field and office staff to ensure timely follow-up.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, organized, and safety-conscious, with strong communication skills and comfort working in a construction-related, HVAC-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail and partner location customers to promote HVAC services
• Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions
• Capture and qualify customer leads for installation and service teams
• Maintain and update in-store marketing materials and product displays
• Track leads, conversions, and basic performance metrics
• Coordinate with office staff to schedule estimates and service appointments
• Collaborate with field teams to ensure accurate information transfer
• Represent the company brand with professionalism and safety awareness
• Provide feedback on customer needs and retail traffic trends
• Support occasional events, promotions, or weekend coverage as needed
