Sales Lead Generator

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Sales Lead Generator to support our residential HVAC business across Michigan. In this role, you will engage homeowners by phone, online, and at scheduled events to qualify prospects, explain heating and cooling solutions, and book in-home appointments for our comfort advisors. You'll follow up on marketing campaigns, track leads in our CRM, and meet daily and weekly lead targets.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify residential HVAC sales leads via phone, online, and events
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors and sales team
• Respond to and follow up on marketing and advertising-generated inquiries
• Use CRM software to record, track, and update lead information
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment targets
• Educate homeowners on heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions at a basic level
• Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth handoff of leads
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused demeanor in all interactions
• Adhere to company safety, quality, and ethical standards
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to management
