What you’ll be doing: You’ll oversee and manage multiple audit engagements from planning through completion. You’ll work directly with clients on compliance and complex advisory issues like mergers, acquisitions, succession planning, funding strategies, and serve as their go-to sounding board. Internally, you’ll lead and mentor staff, manage department profitability, and help drive growth through both client service and practice development.
