Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee industrial insulation projects and ensure the successful execution of field operations. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily job site activities, supervising crews, maintaining safety compliance, coordinating project schedules, and ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

• Oversee all on-site construction and insulation activities from project startup through completion.
• Supervise field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and resources to meet project schedules and production goals.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, challenges, or operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct regular job site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work plans.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, schedules, and daily logs.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training initiatives to promote a safe work environment.
• Manage project budgets, labor productivity, and cost control measures.
• Resolve field issues and provide leadership to maintain positive team performance and morale.

• Proven experience as a Superintendent, Construction Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, industrial insulation projects, and job site operations.
• Experience supervising field crews and managing subcontractors.
• Thorough understanding of workplace safety standards, OSHA regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and reporting software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Experience with in the industrial insulation, mechanical insulation, or construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• OSHA certification or other relevant safety certifications.
• Experience working on industrial, manufacturing, energy, or commercial construction projects.
