Trillium Construction seeks a Project Manager – Drywall & Steel Stud (direct hire) in Canton, MS.
Annual salary is $120K–$140K + per diem. Up to 20% travel.
Oversee commercial drywall, steel stud, and metal framing projects from preconstruction to closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.
Responsibilities- Lead precon meetings; review contracts; support estimating (OST/Quick Bid)
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, change orders, WIP, and billing
- Coordinate with field teams; conduct site walks
- Handle client communication and project closeout
- PM/PE experience in commercial drywall & steel stud
- Ability to read construction documents
- Bluebeam/Adobe/Plan Grid proficiency, strong MS Office skills.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree; 3–5+ years experience.
