RNGD is seeking a Field Safety Manager to lead the on-site safety program across construction sites in the Southeast. You will drive policy implementation, manage incidents, and coach field teams to maintain a proactive safety culture under the Safety Director's guidance.
The role requires 5+ years of safety leadership on construction projects, OSHA 30, and travel to project sites. Procore and MS Office proficiency are preferred, with strong communication and risk assessment skills critical.
