As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist community members with financial solutions, process transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and payments, and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.

• Build connections with diverse customers and provide personalized service.
• Handle various financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in cash handling or money processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods and moving items up to 25 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.
