• Manage data center infrastructure construction projects, focusing on initiatives that increase facility resiliency.
• Interface with general contractors throughout the project lifecycle, from bidding through closeout.
• Lead negotiations with general contractors and evaluate their proposals with rigorous attention to detail.
• Create comprehensive construction project scopes and requests for proposals.
• Analyze construction financials and manage project budgets.
• Review electrical and mechanical designs for constructability to optimize new and existing data centers.
• Manage construction documentation, including submittals, RFIs, change orders, and invoices.
• Monitor and report key construction metrics to stakeholders.
• Drive root-cause analysis when equipment failures occur.
• Lead both internal teams and external partners in supporting data center operations.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Four years of experience in construction management for large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants.
• Experience in general contractor and vendor management, including request for proposals, bidding, change orders, quality control, and RFI/submittal tracking.
• Experience constructing electrical engineering systems, including large‑scale power distribution/generation gear.
• Experience constructing mechanical engineering systems, including cooling systems.

40 hours/week, 8:00am-5:00pm. Salary Range: $137,738/year to $183,300/year. Equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
