As an AI Content Curator and Administrator, you will work with proprietary systems:
SoPhia, a chatbot and document assessment tool, and PDM, used for creating and managing client plan documents and related materials.
Your role involves improving system performance, curating content, training chatbots, analyzing interactions, troubleshooting, and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Your responsibilities include ensuring AI operations align with regulations, maintaining templates, validating document accuracy, monitoring chatbot performance, updating SOPs, and staying current on industry and AI trends. You will also train and fine-tune chatbots, identify and fix issues, analyze user data, and support document accuracy and compliance.
Technical skills required include experience with chatbot platforms, conversational AI, prompt engineering, test case development, and HITL knowledge.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
