AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We support all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. The Infrastructure Delivery Network Deployment Team (IDND) is responsible for structured cabling, hardware deployment, and commissioning related to network deployment during the initial phase of a data center.

This Build Manager will lead a team of highly qualified network engineers, owning end‑to‑end delivery of our Network Infrastructure, including safety, scheduling, standards and implementation. The role requires travel up to 30% within the AMER Region, bringing new capacity to data centers in Northern Virginia while applying capital efficiency and operational excellence.

• Own the resources responsible for configuring and deploying all network infrastructure in new AWS data centers.
• Drive strategy to innovate and optimize new deployments while instilling operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new solutions and designs.
• Lead people management and ensure the team meets safety, scheduling, standards, and implementation goals.

• Associate’s degree or higher.
• Experience in network infrastructure deployment and engineering.
• Strong technical background and ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the AMER region.

The base salary range for this position is: 96,900.00 –  USD annually. Compensation includes sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
