We are looking to hire a motivated Network Deployment Project Lead to join our Infrastructure Delivery team. The role encompasses end-to-end ownership of medium to large-scale data center cabling deployments including migrations, new sites, and new regions. The ideal candidate enjoys working autonomously, is detail-oriented, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. The role requires working with minimal supervision to develop innovative ways to automate and scale data center deployments as we expand.

• Initial cabling planning, installation, validation, and quality assessment.
• Engaging external contractors including newly onboarded cabling vendors.
• Planning and coordinating with stakeholders to determine device and cabling requirements, schedule resources, engage external vendors, and report status.
• Installation of, racking and stacking networking devices, running and patching fiber cabling, and configuring devices using automation tools and CLI.
• Validation, device troubleshooting and stress testing prior to capacity delivery.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including some local and international assignments throughout AMER.

• 1+ years of computer networking experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in computer networking
• Experience working with Linux operating systems
• Can lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
• Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of network design, protocols and troubleshooting

• Can work in cramped spaces or elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines
• Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating under pressure
• Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies
• Experience working in a data center environment (racking and stacking gear, cable management, hot/cold aisle containment)
