Shift: Front Half (Sun-Wed) Back Half (Wed-Sat) 7am-5:30pmRole Overview As a Data Center Technician, you will be a primary resolver for the support team, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex hardware infrastructure issues. You will create and maintain documentation on supported technologies and effectively transfer knowledge to junior staff. This role requires working autonomously to resolve most support issues and executing small projects independently.

Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware infrastructure issues.
* Create and maintain documentation on technologies you support.
* Pass down knowledge of technologies to junior staff.
* Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including remote administration.
* Automate tasks with scripts when necessary.
* Execute small projects and assist management in planning larger local projects.
* Act as the initial escalation point for junior technicians.
* Understand all aspects of the equipment you support.
* Innovate and make decisions, while also taking direction and paying attention to detail.
