Position:
Janitor (Full‑time)

Location:

Madison County Parkway, Canton, MS 39046.

Schedule:

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Pay: $14.00 per hour.

Required Experience:

Prior janitorial experience preferred.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors using approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return items to correct placement.
• Clean assigned areas with assigned materials and equipment, sanitize all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team and exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
