Pay and Compensation

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Base salary ranges from $19 to $32 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply.
