Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Form Carpenter to support underground electrical projects involving duct bank installation and concrete pours. This role requires hands‑on experience building, setting, and stripping forms, working around conduit layouts, and pouring and finishing concrete to specification. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, reading construction drawings, and coordinating with crews to ensure accurate placement and quality workmanship. This is a field‑based role supporting active job sites.
PayRange
$20-24 per hour
Requirements- Proven experience as a Form Carpenter
- Experience with duct bank construction preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Ability to read and work from prints and layout drawings
- Experience working around electrical conduit and underground utilities
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in form and concrete work
- Strong attention to detail and job‑site safety
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a crew
