Will Scot Corporation - - Responsibilities:
Inspect modular buildings and perform repairs or readiness work including framing and finish carpentry, light electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and related tasks;
Conduct check-in/out inspections of off-rent buildings to determine repair scope and damages for invoicing;
Create floor plan drawings as needed and implement customer-requested modifications;
Maintain inventory of equipment/tools/parts required for service tasks and provide courteous customer service in person or over the phone;
Ensure trailers are ready for scheduled deliveries and perform HVAC system checks per guidelines
