Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.;
Monitor access points and help verify entry and exit activity for authorized personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries in accordance with location procedures.;
Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding security-related issues, maintenance concerns, and incident updates as needed.
