• Right‑hand person to the General Manager, trained to manage all aspects of the business when the GM is not available.
• Participate in sales growth and food cost management to support the restaurant’s profitability.
• Ensure proper hiring, training, documentation, and motivation of crew.
• Create a weekly schedule that supports the store’s sales goals.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
