Warehouse Worker – New Pay Rate up to $22 per hour
Spherion is hiring immediately for Warehouse and Manufacturing Workers in Canton, NC. This position is in automotive parts manufacturing and is growing rapidly. This is a great opportunity for applicants that have never worked in manufacturing or warehouse work. Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply!
Working Hours7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Various shifts available)
All shifts currently available:
- Day Shift – Monday to Thursday, 7 am – 7 pm
- Night Shift – Monday to Thursday, 7 pm – 7 am
- Assemble parts safely and efficiently
- Inspect and examine each product for discoloration, delaminations, and other defects
- Sort and rework product that does not conform to customer requirements
- Read manufacturing blueprints and task lists
- Lift and move finished product to warehouse area
- Maintain clean and organized work environment
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑speed warehouse environment
- Ability to work well with others at all levels
- Commitment to safety and housekeeping
No degree required
Experience0–1 years
Qualifications- Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for duration of shift
