Precision Parts Manufacturing Specialist — Con Met Operations Imagine joining a team where the parts you touch each shift go straight into products people rely on. At Impact Workforce Solutions, you’ll support Con Met’s Molding and Finishing lines in Canton, NC, helping assemble, label, inspect, and pack parts to exacting standards—safely and on time.

Why this role Stable schedule & pay:
Full-time, 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm); currently working OT on 10-hour shifts: 4:30 pm - 3:00am. Weekly Pay. $20.00/hr base + $2.00/hr shift differential = $22.00/hr growth from day one:
Paid training and exposure to molding equipment, RF scanning, and assembly tools.

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including mandatory and voluntary overtime as needed.

What success looks like Follow work instructions to the letter while maintaining a clean, organized workstation.

Inspect components, complete assemblies, apply labels with an RF scanner, and package correctly the first time.

Accurately capture production counts and scrap details.

Hit production standards without compromising quality, safety, or environmental procedures.

Communicate unresolved product or equipment concerns to your lead/supervisor promptly.

What you’ll need

High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.

At least 12 months of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to navigate a computer and operate a labeling scan gun.

Demonstrated mechanical assembly skills, keen eye for detail, and dependable attendance.
