We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care in a caring environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Ensuring adherence to physician’s orders, regulations, and facility policies
- Administering medications via oral, subcutaneous, intramuscular, or IV routes
- Leading, guiding, and supervising nursing assistants and staff
- Assisting physicians during rounds, physical exams, and treatments
- Performing scheduled treatments, maintaining infection control, and documenting care
- Supporting compliance with cleanliness, infection prevention, and safety protocols
- Assisting with care quality research and managing records for new admissions and physicals
- Licensed RN from an accredited nursing school, with a current North Carolina license
- CPR certification, renewed annually
- Ability to supervise staff, ensure quality care, and work collaboratively with healthcare team
- Dependable, flexible, patient, tactful, with sound decision‑making skills in nursing scenarios
- Interest in geriatric nursing and commitment to ongoing training and staff meetings
