- Meet sales goals and drive vehicle sales volume.
- Assist customers through test drives and the full buying process.
- Present pricing, features, and ownership options clearly.
- Deliver an ethical, professional customer experience.
- Build repeat and referral business.
- Sales experience preferred (automotive a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and competitive.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid driver’s license + clean record.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
