Watco Transloading is seeking a Conductor/Switchman to control and coordinate train movements while switching railcars to service customers safely and efficiently. The role is manual labor and includes a prescribed training period to master duties and requirements.
Responsibilities include coordinating switch operations, following switching orders, communicating via radio, and maintaining accurate records. Prior railroad experience is required and training is provided to develop proficiency.
