Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial records

• Process invoices, payments, and expense tracking

• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards

• Take ownership of daily financial tasks as a Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently

• Experience working as a Part-Time Accountant/Bookkeeper or similar role preferred
