Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable transactions, vendor payments, expense reports, and related accounting activities. Perform bank, vendor, intercompany, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy. Manage daily cash activity and record cash transactions, transfers, and other banking activity. Assist with month-end close, journal entries, accruals, and financial reporting support. Support compliance requirements including 1099 reporting, account analysis, and documentation maintenance.

Qualifications:

1+ years of accounting, accounts payable, or general accounting experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains), SAP Concur, or similar accounting systems is a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
