Compensation

Base salary ranges from USD 47,000 to USD 78,000 per year
, depending on geographic location, skills, experience, and job-related qualifications.

Additional incentive compensation and benefits may be available, subject to applicable program rules and performance criteria.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Service Associate to support wealth management advisors by delivering high-quality client service and administrative support. The role focuses on client relationship management, operational accuracy, and coordination across internal teams to ensure a strong client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term retention
  • Manage new client onboarding and implementation processes
  • Coordinate client activities with advisors and internal team members
  • Maintain accurate client paper and electronic records in a timely manner
  • Compile quarterly asset values for billing, invoicing, journals, transfers, annuity fees, commission fees, and consulting fee collections
  • Perform daily administrative office functions, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and supporting office operations
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities as needed
  • Understand client business and financial needs and help identify appropriate value-added services
  • Review assigned activities to ensure proper controls and accuracy
  • Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in financial services or a relevant internship
  • Wealth management experience is an advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail)
  • Experience with financial planning software is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-focused mindset with a proactive service approach
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
